Through his experience in sales, as well as positions as a sales manager, brokerage partner and owner in real estate offices throughout the region, Paul has an uncommon advantage in understanding the real estate process.

Additionally, through his personal experience as a real estate investor and developer, Paul is well-versed and well-equipped to walk clients through the process of multi-unit, commercial and industrial property acquisitions, whether existing buildings and businesses or land purchases through to site completion.

Although he specializes in the selling of properties, Paul enjoys working with buyers and is passionate about meeting his clients’ needs regardless of what side of the transaction they are on.
