Paul was very patient and attentive, and he provided us with very good advice about what we, as sellers, needed to do to increase interest in our home. We greatly appreciated the time he spent with us, the knowledge he shared with us, and how thorough he was with coordinating all the moving parts of the closing process once we had a buyer. I have to say Paul Gunder is the very best! I was purchasing an historic home and we ran into many obstacles in the months and weeks leading up to the closing. Each time we had an issue, Paul in his very calm and professional manner, worked with all parties to resolve the problem. Even after the closing when issues arise, he steps up and figures a way to work with the authorities or whomever it takes to find the best possible solution. Paul goes above and beyond what is expected of any real estate agent and I highly recommend him to work with you for your real estate needs.

We used Paul Gunder to list our home. He looked over the situation and gave us good advice on various things. We followed his advice and the home did sell and at the full asking price. Paul has lots of good experience and really looks after every little need. Easy to contact via various methods. Always responds to a request and quickly. I would like to say thank you to Paul Gunder, for all the help you gave us when we listed our home with you. We were in Florida and Paul watch our home like it was his. He always answered his phone, if he couldn't he would return me call promptly. He made us feel at ease with the whole process. We put our home up for sale at about the same time the Covid 19 hit. The closing wasn't a normal closing due to Covid 19. We couldn't all meet together it had to be done separately, seller then buyer. Paul kept us up to date on all information and how it was going to take place. I really can't say enough about Paul Gunder and his right hand woman Emily. Great jobs you guys, thank you for everything.

Paul and Emily were true professionals in selling our farm and the purchase of our new home. They were responsive to our needs and requests. Emily hand carried documents to our place of business as well as our residence. Our farm had been on the market off and on with various agents for over 5 years but Paul persevered and ended up putting that “SOLD” sign in the yard we long awaited to see. He is definitely the agent we prayed for and can’t express our gratitude enough!
